Independent living at Friendship Towers is just that - independence!  Residents enjoy the privacy of their own apartment along with the convenience of being close to neighbors and services. 

Highlights of Independent living are:

• One and two bedroom apartments situated on three floors.  
• Up to three nutritious meals per day.  Lunch and dinner in the Community Dining Room, and for those who choose breakfast, our friendly room service delivers directly to the resident's apartment.
• Housekeeping which includes laundering of residents' bed and bath linens.
• A full time activities director is on the staff to promote and facilitate active participation in a variety of cultural and recreational pursuits.   
• Scheduled transportation for activities and shopping are included as part of the package.  Trips to personal appointments, e.g. doctor, banking, etc., are available for a small additional fee.
• Washers and dryers are available free for resident use on each floor.

                                              
Other amenities include:

• Beauty and barber shop 
• Private mailboxes
• Common area lobbies for visiting and activities
• Worship services and Bible study
• Health screenings by outside contractor/providers
